IES Consulting Group works with qualified, reliable, and safety-focused service providers to support our environmental, health and safety, and occupational hygiene projects across Ontario and beyond. We invite experienced contractors, laboratories, and specialty service providers to apply for inclusion in our Preferred Vendor network.
Preferred Vendors may be engaged to support a range of project types, including but not limited to environmental assessments, designated substance projects, asbestos and mould work, occupational hygiene sampling, indoor air quality assessments, HVAC upgrades, remediation support services, and related specialty trades.
Who Should Apply
We welcome applications from vendors that demonstrate:
- Proven experience in environmental, health and safety, or construction-related services
- Strong regulatory knowledge and compliance with applicable provincial and federal requirements
- A commitment to quality workmanship, documentation, and professional conduct
- Reliable scheduling, clear communication, and responsiveness
- Appropriate licensing, certifications, and insurance coverage for the services offered
Typical Vendor Categories
Preferred Vendors may include, but are not limited to:
- Environmental and analytical laboratories
- Asbestos, mould, and designated substance abatement contractors
- Restoration and remediation contractors
- Industrial hygiene and specialty sampling service providers
- HVAC, mechanical, and building envelope specialists
- Drilling, excavation, and geotechnical service providers
- Electrical, plumbing, and specialty trades supporting environmental scopes
Application and Review Process
Submission of a Preferred Vendor application does not guarantee work or acceptance into the IES network. All applications are reviewed based on qualifications, experience, regulatory compliance, and alignment with IES project requirements.
Approved vendors may be contacted on a project-by-project basis. IES reserves the right to update, suspend, or remove vendors from the Preferred Vendor list at its discretion.
Information Required
Applicants will typically be asked to provide:
- Company contact information and service areas
- Description of services offered
- Relevant certifications, licenses, and training
- Proof of insurance and WSIB coverage (or equivalent)
- Health and safety policies and procedures
- References or recent project experience
